Team Member Timesheet Hours Change From "Daily" to "By Reporting Period" Format After Upgrade (Doc ID 3047959.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade, some users are unable to enter Team Member > Timesheet hours in the default "Daily" format.
When they enter the hours "By Reporting Period" and click Submit, an alert appears that prevents them from submitting the Timesheet.

 

ERROR

An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log-on to Team Member.
  2. Go to Timesheets.
  3. Attempt to enter Timesheet hours as Daily.
  4. Notice this is not possible.
  5. Enter Timesheet hours By Reporting Period.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Receive error.
