RDS and MFCS Components and Questions on Data Flow Between them (Doc ID 3048081.1)

Goal

 Advise on the following questions:

1) why is there only 1 instance.
2) for RDS database, there is 24 in "CPU_COUNT" parameter : is it link to the current "RDS Compute" license which is at 12 OCPU ?
3) for RDS, we understand there is 2 ORDS front-end : is it correct ?
4) for RDS, what is the "pool DB max connection" for each ORDS front-end ?
5) for RDS, is there some IORM Exadata configuration which need to be analyzed/modified to help about performance for our specific ? 
6) for MFCS database, is it a true RAC PDB or a single instance PDB ?
7) for MFCS database, is there some IORM Exadata configuration which need to be analyzed/modified to help about performance for our specific ? 
8) for MFCS, is the "core" item induction batch in PL/SQL or in Pro*C ? In cas of Pro*C, where are they located ?
