The Correspondence History Page Doesn't Show Dunning Letters When Submitted By Collections Manager (Doc ID 3048223.1)

Symptoms

If the Send Dunning Letters job is submitted by a user that just has the 'Collections Manager' role, the data is not recorded in the History > Correspondence section of the Collections Dashboard for that customer.

Navigation: Tools - Scheduled Processes

  1. Submit the ESS Job 'Send Dunning Letters'
  2. The process completes successfully, but the letter doesn't show in the History tab for each customer
