Symptoms
Scenarios for reproducing the issue:
1. BICC extract, containing custom fields is failing with the following error:
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: java.io.IOException: execute query failed[nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.
[nQSError: 43119] Query Failed:
[nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 918, message: ORA-00918: column ambiguously defined at OCI call OCIStmtExecute.
[nQSError: 17010] SQL statement preparation failed.
2. When trying to add to a report two custom fields.
