Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: The Section "Excel in Your Current Role" in Oracle Grow Does Not Show Any Items (Doc ID 3048731.1)

Symptoms

When a learner navigates to Me -> Grow, the "Excel in Your Current Role" section does not contain any items.

The expectation is that "Suggested learning for your skills" section will display items. These are the Learning Items that will give the Skills listed in the Skill Center Content Section of the respective employee's Job Profile. These will also be marked as "Required" together with Core Skills added by their manager as "Required". Only Learning Items that give Skills above your current level are shown.
