Data Columns Are Not Getting Populated Properly While Exporting

Symptoms
While exporting data from screen via 'Export to CSV', data field is not populated properly (is containing special character ' ').
Seems this problem has been introduced in version 24 release and before that this functionality was working fine.
Steps:
1. In EICS, navigate to MPS Staged Message screen.
2. On the table menu use the table button (right of Delete selected) and choose 'Export to CVS'.
3. After downloading the CSV, look for date fields.
Observe an additional " " is added in timestamp (for example "2/14/2024, 2:17 PM").
