Cloned Layouts in Agent UI are NOT Loading due to HTTP 404 Error. (Doc ID 3049506.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.1 version, Agent UI

When a Cloned Agent layout is loaded on the Agent UI, the page is loading 404 error. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will by navigating to the URL:
1. Access the Admin UI - https://<>/occs-admin/#/design/
2. After accessing the Design page, click the Layouts tab.
3. Search for "Scheduled Order Layout - Agent" and click the Clone Layout option from the toolbar.
4. Enter the new layout’s name " Test - Scheduled Order - Agent" and select the role CS Agent and CS Agent Supervisor. and enter the page address as - testScheduledOrders
5. Click Save to confirm all of the new settings.
6. Publish the changes in Admin.
7. Access the Agent UI and access the new layout with the page Address provided to the new layout - https://<>/occs-agent/testScheduledOrders
8. We can see the above Error message.
