ENVIRONMENT:
Oracle Retail Data Store - v24.1.301.0
REPORTED ISSUE:
It has been reported that post the RDS STAGE environment provision performed on 20-AUG-24, a Workspace Administrator has been configured in IDCS with the name XO_RDS_CUSTOM to allow for the assignment of roles to users.
When attempting to access "RDS APEX/ORDS" from their Retail Home environment URL, the following message is received and the user cannot utilise the application.
