Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a mobile user receives a push notification for a chat message, tapping on the notification will not bring the user into OFS and into the collaboration screen.

In some devices, user is taken to app but collaboration is not opened (Oneplus5t- v.10, Moto G6 plus -v.9)

In android 12 device (Pixel 3xl), user is not taken to the app on clicking the notification

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Clicking on the notification should bring the user to the collaboration chat that the message is for.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open OFS and navigate to the collaboration screen.
2. Have a second user available who is signed in to OFS but not currently in the app on their Android device.
3. Send a new chat to the second user who will receive a push notification with the details of the message.
4. The second user should tap on the push notification, and it should be brought into the Collaboration Chat screen, but this currently just opens the My route page.

If we have multiple push notifications for the user, when we click on the first notification it will open my route page and if i click on another push notification just the notification disappears from the notifications list.
