Symptoms

 Item descriptions Not updated when use template

User has attempted to update item description via template with massive update, but the changes are not applying to all locations as expected.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload the item template for updating
2. validate the data
3. Confirm if data has updated correctly.
