Symptoms

Unable to view reports from the browser consistently.
The URL sometimes doesn't display the report port, leading to the "page cannot be reached" error

Changes

 If the port is mentioned in the reports URL in browser, reports get displayed properly. But when called from forms using HTTP Server port, it will not work.
