On : 12.2.1.4 version, General issues

Sudo root account is not available while creating SOA Suite instance from OCI marketplace

We created new SOA suite instance from OCI marketplace and getting an error while login to server (xx.xx.xx.xx) as root user even though root user is present in /etc/passwd.
