The Ticket Is Not Showing The Price In SOCS (Doc ID 3050642.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The ticket is not showing the price in SOCS

Result: The item was printed but we cannot see the price of the ticket that was printed on the SOCS screen
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The price should be visible when we are printing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a future price event listed in EICS Pricing Events screen
2. Login in SOCS -> Inventory Management> Print Item -> Default Attributes -
  a. Select Event Type=Permanent
  b. Select Number of Days for range = 2
  c. Apply
3. Scan the item
4. Enter

Note: Item number & description is shown in the Auto Print Item Screen but not the price details

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the ticket is printed but users cannot see the price of the ticket that was printed on the screen.
