Goal

PO's are stuck in staging table due to table lock/validation error.

IIA- RELEX- PO not matching with the 5 count and they have identified that the following 5 orders are not processed into the redhead table:
608****2
608****3
608****4
608****5
608****6
These orders are available in the SVC_ordhead table but have not been processed due to a table lock/validation error.
