SIOCS Fails POS Transactions with 'error.invaliditem' Error if Item Not Ranged to Store (Doc ID 3050710.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to process a return transaction from Xstore, SIOCS fails to process the return and  the following error occurs in POS_TRANSACTION_LOG.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Process a Return transaction in Xstore POS for an item that does not exist in SIOCS at a store lcoation.
2. Transaction fails in POS_TRANSACTION table with an error indicated above.
