Symptoms

When a learning administrator uploads a new classroom resource using the HCM Data Loader (HDL) Tool, the User Interface (UI) shows two entries are displayed instead of one. When querying the backend data using reports, no duplicate resources are present.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Go to My Client Groups -> Data exchange -> Upload a new classroom using ClassroomResource.dat file. 
  2. Once the upload completes successfully verify the UI -> two classrooms are displayed instead of one.
  3. When querying the database, only one record is created. 
  4. When creating a classroom using the UI instead of HDL, no duplication occurs.
