How to Process Sale Transactions in SIOCS That Are Generated in Xstore and Deleted from Retry Queue (Doc ID 3050917.1)

Goal

In certain situations due to various reasons customers run into an issue whereby Sale transactions completed in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service are missing from SIOCS. Those transactions are also not available in the 'CTL_SERVICE_RETRY_QUEUE'. This situation would cause a SOH out of sync between SIOCS and MFCS as MFCS(RESA) would have received an RTLOG from Xstore for the sale transactions.  In addition to that SIOCS would not reflect correct SOH for items in the store.

This document provides a high level guidance on how those transactions can be processed in SIOCS to get the inventory positions updated.

NOTE: Steps mentioned in this document must only be performed after the appropriate Oracle teams have reviewed the particular situation on hand and identified that this is the appropriate work around for any particular case.
