While trying to execute the Create Cost Accounting Distributions
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Work in Process job close entries stuck with costing error "The work order close transaction could not be processed because there are unprocessed transactions on this work order".
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All Transactions should get processed without any exceptions
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into cost Accounting mdoule
2. Execute Create Cost Accounting Distributions
