Symptoms
"Tax Identification" certificate needs to be cleared out when editing an order.
When editing an order in ModernView, if you change the Tax Code from 'Exempt' to another status, OMS is not requiring the user to clear out the "Tax Identification" certificate field.
1. In ModernView change the Tax Code from 'Exempt' to another status.
a. OMS is not requiring the user to clear out the "Tax Identification" certificate field.
b. OMS documentation, OMS will require you to clear out the "Tax Identification" certificate field if the order is not set to exempt.
Note: Order was created with a Tax Code (Exempt) but later changed to None-taxable and updated, however OMS did not trigger a message to clear [Tax Identification] field when order change was accepted.
