Symptoms
When I click the 'Apply' button from the Transactions page (Permits), I get the error ""The navigation to this link failed."
1. Go to Public sector environment.
2. Click 'Permits' from the Agency Springboard.
3. From the Transactions page for Permits, click 'Apply'.
4. Error "The navigation to this link failed." displays.
