Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In XOCS 24.0.201.0:

Duplicate sending of Poslog.
Users are experiencing that the broadcaster seems to send the same poslog multiple times for the generic String Broadcaster.

Users are able to recreate a scenario wherein a call to the BroadcasterQueueResource resulted in the Broadcaster Manager being re-initialized - and subsequently if there was a change to the Store Heirarchy/Cluster Rebalance the previous threads could continue to broadcast while new threads also started broadcasting          (Use cases are  BroadcasterQueueResource with endpoint as /rest/<merchantCode>/<clientVersion>/broadcaster/<broadcasterId> .

This is used to interact with the Broadcaster Queue for performing list , broadcast and delete operations. OR ReplicationQueueResource with endpoint as /rest/<merchantCode>/<clientVersion>/replication. This is used to interact with the Replication Queue for performing list, reprocess and delete operations.
