Symptoms
On : 24.0 version, Inventory Management
When attempting to process inventory adjustment from SIOCS to MFCS, the following error occurs.

Steps To Reproduce:
- Create an inventory adjustment in SIOCS with disposition of -Stock on hand.
- While processing the message from SIOCS to MFCS (via direct integration) of this inventory adjustment above Error is observed in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table
