Purpose

Explain the legacy pre-Oracle server distributions that some customers on older Sun and MySQL contracts may have. Customers on current contracts should see document 1322577.1 instead unless they need to continue to use server versions 5.1 and earlier.

Scope

For customers with older contracts prior to the introduction of revised Oracle contracts at the end of 2010 or those using server 5.1 and earlier.
