ORA-984 ORA-6512 ORA-4088 When Using DBMS_SQL (Doc ID 1054105.6)

Symptoms

 The DBMS_SQL package returns the following errors, pointing the dbms_sql.parse() statement:

    ERROR at line 1:
    ORA-00984: column not allowed here
    ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_SQL", line 239
    ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 32
    ORA-06512: at "NLIU.W", line 15
    ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'NLIU.W'

For example, the following script generates the errors:
