Symptoms

Numerous trace files are generated with the following errors:
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped stored procedure
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
ORA-06512: at line 1

The object referenced in the errors is valid.
Flushing the shared pool temporarily alleviates the problem.

Changes

Database was migrated from 10.2.0.4 to 11.1.0.7.  The objects were constantly being updated.
