DataPump Export (EXPDP) Failed On Identifier SYS.DBMS_JVM_EXP_PERMS Must Be Declared

Working in the following errors are raised while exporting the Database with DataPump:

ORA-39127: unexpected error from call to
BEGIN :1=SYS.DBMS_JVM_EXP_PERMS.grant_sysprivs_exp(,:3); END;
ORA-06550: line 1, column 13:  PLS-00201: identifier 'SYS.DBMS_JVM_EXP_PERMS' must be declared


The JVM was removed from this DB while working in, before upgrading to 11g.

DBA registry information shows:

connect / as sysdba

select comp_name, version, status from dba_registry;
