Symptoms
Working in 11.1.0.7 the following errors are raised while exporting the database with DataPump:
ORA-39127: unexpected error from call to
BEGIN :1=SYS.DBMS_JVM_EXP_PERMS.grant_sysprivs_exp(11.01.00.00.00,:3); END;
ORA-06550: line 1, column 13: PLS-00201: identifier 'SYS.DBMS_JVM_EXP_PERMS' must be declared
