Symptoms


Checking the capture configuration the capture is reporting a required_checkpoint_scn that is old. 

Streams replication is current and the capture checkpoint information does not seem to be updating.

Given above, archived redo logs needed for CAPTURE to re-start are old.
REQUIRED_CHECKPOINT_SCN is not advancing.
