After upgrading to the 10.2.0.4.4 PSU and setting the COMPATIBLE=10.2.0.4.4 instance parameter, EXPDP reports:

ORA-39021: Database compatibility version 10.2.0.4.4 is not supported.

Applied the 10.2.0.4.4 PSU and set the COMPATIBLE=10.2.0.4.4 instance parameter.
