Symptoms
Poor performance from OCI connections to Rdb using SQL/Services when performing a:
or any variation that will query an Rdb table in SQLPLUS or SQLNET front-end.
A query taking seconds or minutes using a direct connection within Rdb is seen to take hours over a SQLNET connection.
The issue is more noticeable when retrieving data from larger tables.
