Symptoms
When running DBMS_STATS.GATHER_FIXED_OBJECTS_STATS the following errors are raised:
ORA-20011: Approximate NDV failed: ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments:[1350], [1], [23], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

The call stack from the trace file looks similar to:
... ksulvf qerfxFetch qerandvFetch qergsFetch ...
The query plan shows a reference to X$KSULV.
Other possible symptom is ORA-600 [1350] occurs when E-Business Suite is in use and the environment variable ORA_NLS10 is set incorrectly or pointing to a wrong location.
