Symptoms

The database is operating without a problem when the following errors are reported in the alert.log:

ORA-00376: file %s cannot be read at this time
   Cause: attempting to read from a file that is not readable. Most likely the file is offline.
   Action: Check the state of the file. Bring it online
ORA-27063: skgfospo: number of bytes read/written is incorrect
   Cause: the number of bytes read/written as returned by aiowait does not match the original number, additional information indicates both these numbers
   Action: check errno ERROR 27063 IBM AIX RISC System 6000 Error 11: Resource Temporarily Unavailable KCF Write Open Error Block 0x(block number) Online=1 File=2
