=== ODM Issue Clarification ===

When upgrading the database from 10.2.0.5.0 to 11.0.7.0., the upgrade is failing during the Workspace Manager portion, OWMUPGRD.PLB fails with the following errors:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00904: "VER_STR": invalid identifier
ORA-06512: at line 68
ORA-01403: no data found
