Symptoms
The Alert Log contains warning message "aq$_<QUEUE_TABLE_NAME>_e used as exception queue" with no associated Oracle error.
For example:
Mon Feb 25 21:23:05 2008
AQ$_<QUEUE_TABLE_NAME>_E used as exception queue
