OCIEnvCreate Changes The Stack Size To 33 MB Of Memory (Doc ID 1210134.1)

Symptoms

OCI application changes the stack size to unlimited (using setrlimit/setrlimit64) but this gets reset to 32MB after the OCIEnvCreate call.
Issue started happening from 11g onward's but works fine in 10g.

Changes

Client was upgraded to 11.1.0.6.
