Symptoms
Capture queue is spilling 100% of all the messages.
By generating the streams health check , we can see that the number of capture/propagation processes is different than the number of the subscribers from the sections
-capture/propagation processes
-Number of subscribers
Most probably you will find one or more extra subscribers with no corresponding propagation process.
