Why not able to allocate a more SGA than 193G on Linux 64? (Doc ID 1241284.1)

Goal

Why not able to allocate a 200G SGA on Linux 64 even though the system memory is 256Gb and there is nothing else running on the server, Huge pages are also enabled DB and OS 64bits?
