WINDOWS: Install Oracle Client 11.2 32-bit and 64-bit on Same System Overwrites Programs Menu Entry

Symptoms
Installing Oracle Client 11.2 32-bit and Oracle Client 64-bit on the same Windows x64 system . The second installation overwrites the Programs menu entry from the 32bit installation.
Steps:
1. Install Oracle Client 32-bit on Windows X64. One Programs menu entry is created e called Oracle>OraClient11g_home1.
2. Install Oracle Client 64-bit into a different ORACLE_HOME on the same system. A new entry is not created on the Programs menu, but instead the existing Programs menu entry Oracle OraClient11g_home1 now points to the 64-bit installation. The 32-bit shortcut has been overwritten.
