Symptoms

A system error xspggepGenPSErase03 is generated and logged in the alert log.

Changes

One of the following:

- An OLAP-related patch was applied to the Oracle Database 10.2 or higher.
- A cumulative patch was applied to the Oracle Database 10.2 or higher
- The Oracle Database 10.2 or higher was upgraded to a newer version, for example:
   version 10.2.0.4 was upgraded to 10.2.0.5.
