Symptoms

After doing a server reboot or using crsctl stop commands (e.g. "crsctl stop crs" or "crsctl stop cluster") to stop Grid Infrastructure stack, the ASM instance would "shutdown abort" instead of "shutdown immediate".
There is no ORA error or related error.
