Compiling certain pl/sql packages in 11.1.0.6 causes an ORA-7445 [] error and the client

to receive ORA-3113.

The crash may occur in phf_copy_to_diana or in qcdfg_deps_add and there may be other

cases as well.

Upgrade to 11.1.0.6
