Symptoms

When running DBMS_SCHEDULER.RUN_JOB the job fails with errors similar to:

      ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 140957  
      ORA-27369: job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code: mount device busy

These errors can be seen in the foreground trace file created in the udump area when the job is executed.

Changes

This is a new job that uses very long OpenVMS directory path names for the program arguments.
