Symptoms

Errors in the alert log file of a 3-node Real Application Cluster:

Errors in file /oralogs/prod/trace/bdump/prod2_pmon_19092.trc:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Changes

A RAC failover of a a single consumer queue occurred, for example as a result of a node re-boot.
