Running 22.214.171.124 version, Generic RDBMS
When attempting to connect with more than 150 users,
the following error occurs.
User connection error ora-12518
Found follwoing error in alert log and user connection was almost 150 sessions.

ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:CreateThread failed with status: 8
ORA-27301: OS failure message: Not enough storage is available to process this command.
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: ssthrddcr
Due to this issue, no more sessions can be created
When max number of sessions is more than 150.
