Symptoms
When importing a full expdp dump file generated from a 10.2.0.2.0 database into a newly created 11.2.0.2.0 database, the job fails with:Processing object type DATABASE_EXPORT/SYSTEM_PROCOBJACT/POST_SYSTEM_ACTIONS/PROCACT_SYSTEM
ORA-39126: Worker unexpected fatal error in KUPW$WORKER.PUT_DDLS [PROCACT_SYSTEM]
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
LPX-00216: invalid character 0 (0x0)
