Symptoms
While invoking the 10.2.0.4 OUI to review installed products in your 10.2.0.4 Oracle home, a popup warning appears and states the following:
Warning
OUI-10030: You have specified a non-empty directory to install this product.
It is recommended to specify either an empty or non-existent directory...
If you are attempting to INSTALL the 10.2.0.4 patch set when you recieve the OUI-10030 error,
then please see <Document 1307331.1> OpenVMS: OUI-10030 while installing the 10.2.0.4 patchset on OpenVMS Itanium.
