Symptoms
An application that relies on either the Current Directory of the application, or the "Start In" property of a shortcut, to locate dependencies may fail after loading the 11g Oracle client software.
Changes
The same application may have worked in 10.2 or previous, or 11.1 if it is an Oracle precompiler application (the precompiler library orasql11.dll was changed in 11.2 to link to OCI.dll in order to support Instant Client).
