Symptoms

On a new environment database (with Streams source and destination) that was cloned from a production instance, DataPump export (expdp) failed with the following errors:

ORA-39097: Data Pump job encountered unexpected error -12850
ORA-39065: unexpected master process exception in MAIN
ORA-12850: Could not allocate slaves on all specified instances: 2 needed, 1 allocated
Job "<USER>"."SYS_EXPORT_TABLE_01" stopped due to fatal error
