Areas checked:
* Checked and the disks are visible to the Oracle GI Home software owner (owner, group and file permissions are proper, etc.).

Example:  ls -ltra <full path and location of the voting disks>      <-- if ASMLIB is used, their default location is under /dev/oracleasm/disks directory
permissions ought to be 660 (rw-rw----) and the owner should be the gi_home owner and their OS group should be set to same value for 'SS_ASM_GRP' from <gi_home>/rdbms/lib/config.c (for Solaris and AIX, it would be config.s)

* Nothing has changed. The node was just rebooted to verify the installation and configuration of Grid Infrastructure on a Cluster was successful.
