Knllgobjinfo: Missing Streams Multi-Version Data Dictionary!!! for Objects not in Streams Setup (Doc ID 1348442.1)

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Database Service - Version N/A and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

For the purpose of this document, schema user <username> owns tables <Table1> and <Table2>
Streams has been setup with DML and DDL Table level rules for <Table1>

At the TARGET database in this Streams setup, alert.log shows several messages like:

knllgobjinfo: MISSING Streams multi-version data dictionary!!!
knlldmm: gdbnm=SOURCE.REGION.EXAMPLE.COM
knlldmm: objn=70256
knlldmm: objv=1
knlldmm: scn=828829


At the SOURCE database :

SQL> select owner, object_name from dba_objects where object_id=70256;

OWNER OBJECT_NAME
---------- ------------------------------
<username> <Table2>

The table <username>. <Table2> is not in the Streams setup.
