This note provides a step by step example of setting up 11.2 Enterprise User Security (EUS) with Oracle Internet Directory (OID) with a password authenticated user in a shared schema.

It is assumed you have a working 11g OID setup with ODSM, and that OID has anonymous binds enabled.

The 11.2 Database should be configured with Enterprise Manager Database Control, or as an 11g Grid Control target. The ORACLE_BASE environment variable must be set for the database.
